We have come to the conclusion that Sumo stance is better for me. The length of my upper legs vs my torso is ridiculous.
Never did Sumo DL's before but I am now going to do it all the time so I tested my 1RM today. My conventional DL is 255#, here we go.

185 x 1
200 x 1
210 x 1
230 x 2
240 x 2
245 x 1
I did doubles on those two weights to show my form to Jay and Ty. It is so much better then my conventional form. I sit back way to far to get low enough. I felt absolutely no pain in my lower back doing the sumo stance. Here on out I will only DL sumo.

1 x 25 box jumps
2 rounds of 10 box jumps and 15 36# KBS.
