Was originally going to deadlift today but that got changed to Thursday. Decided to do upper body work.

Shoulder Press
W/Up 45 x 5 and then 65 x 3

85 x 3
90 x 3
100 x 3

Push Press

100 x 3
105 x 3
110 x 3

Push ups 3 x 10

Front Shoulder raise
1 x 10 w 10#
1 x 10 w 20#

Curls
1 x 10 w 10#
1 x 10 w 20#

Tate Press
1 x 10 w 10#
1 x 10 w 20#

Weighted Bends 2 x 25 w 25#

100 Crunches
3 x 15 leg raises

All in all a good day.
