Still dealing with a tremendous amount of pain but I was determined to train.. Like I have done so many other times, I would find a way to push through it. My normal training would of been different then today but I had to shorten it due to the amount and level of pain I was in.
Deadlift (Sumo)
Warm up 135 x 3 and 185 x 3
200 x 5

The pain just rushed down my back and hips to my toes..
Power Cleans
85 x 3
95 x 3
100 x 3
Box Jumps
10 x 18.5"
10 x 26.5"
In addition to the pain it was excessively hot in the gym... All in all it was not the best session but it is better then not doing anything...
